Even if you replace the filter the fuel system can leak at the filter head and at the tank itself where the quick disconnects are. Purge the fuel lines every so often. If you keep finding air bubbles then you have a leak. I had a leak at the quick disconnects and the lack of power from being fuel starved threw an underboost code.

After removing all og this, you still will not have enough room to work, but it's the best you'll get. You're supposed to drain the coolant since there are hoses connected to the EGR
